To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose all or a substantial portion of your investment. You are solely responsible for understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and for making your own investment decisions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
